We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, fabrics must be unwashed and uncut. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will be at buyers cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the fabric you have received is defected or there is a shortage. We will try our best to accommodate all requests.
It is difficult to exchange a particular fabric for another one especially if you are exchanging for something different. However, if the fabric you have received is defected, an exchange will be made for the similar fabric or the same fabric in a different colorway.
In the case where a client is dissatisfied with the purchase, we understand. We are a small business and the best we can do is to refund you by issuing you a store credit which can be used within the next 3 months.
